There are often interesting light patterns on this coat of arms at Broadcasting Place. It is the BBC arms, a legacy of the studios that used to be located in this spot (e.g., featured here, in situ) which is now occupied by Leeds Beckett University.

As the motto says: “Nation shall speak peace unto nation.”
