magnolia tree

The weather has been wonderful here on the island, and my walk takes me past this amazing magnolia tree.....i'm still struggling a bit with my mobility, and there are times when i feel very impatient, frustrated and a bit gloomy....feels like so long ago that i was active without some discomfort or pain!   I need to recognise the small advances i have made, it is so easy to loose sight of what it was like a few weeks ago!  2 weeks ago i got the steroid injection, a month ago we were both really sick....it's good tonremember this.  so maybe the fact that i am now walking for 20 minutes or more and feeling a bit stronger will help!  

we head to our airbnb this evening and morgan will join us....it's all just wonderful actually :)
