Cactus spines

A damp, miserable day today. Carried the camera up the hill, but no break in the heavy mist, so no photos.

I was not motivated to take my camera out into the garden, so cacti in the conservatory came to my rescue again. I took a few macro shots, then played around with lightroom presets. Haven't tried out Bob20's selective desaturation yet, but decided on such a dull day I could use some extra colour. So a cross process setting, plus some added grain for something gross!
