Dipper

Taken at Nethy Bridge in the Highlands of Scotland. We visited a few rivers and streams, around the Cairngorm National Park, looking for dippers, and eventually ended up at Nethy Bridge. There was nothing there when we first looked over the bridge, but this bird kindly flew in just as we were about to give up. I had to use a high ISO setting and look down on the bird, but I am happy with this as a record shot.

The weather wasn't great whilst we were away, which was a bit disappointing. Didn't see any eagles.
