More Tulips
Big news from last night. Parker scored his first goal of the year. His team had a large win over their opponents. We were so glad to get home; we were on the go non-stop yesterday. I went to bed as soon as the groceries were put away. Today’s weather was much cooler than yesterday. Guess last night’s rain brought in a cold front. We got ready and took the van for its last ride to our friend’s car dealership. He gave us an unbelievable price for it. We had two dealerships in a price war. They both were quite impressed in how well we care for our vehicles. Now I am anxiously awaiting its replacement. We filled up with fuel and I picked up a rotisserie chicken for dinner. We were out until time for lunch. Decided to blip more tulips. Last night’s winds played havoc on the cherry trees. Glad I got my photo a few days ago. I washed two loads of laundry while hubby picked up Brooklyn. I am still exhausted from yesterday so I may just sit in the recliner until time for dinner. Wishing you some R&R this evening. Stay safe. Thanks for your visit. “In the language of flowers, tulips speak the happiest of words.” – Hans Christian Andersen
