Plain
An experiment in making Scottish plain bread - like Mothers Pride. Ordinarily it's batch baked in big pans with the loaves joining together in the oven. Pulled apart after baking you get the top and bottom crust but no crust at the sides. Turns out that if you bake in a wooden box you can make a single loaf with the same top and bottom crust. This box was thrown together just to try it out. Now I'll make something better.
