Glowing

A lovely warm sunny day until the clouds rolled in later in the day. The light on the daffy in the front garden made them glow.

Checked on the house of friends who are away (drenched plats in greenhouse); dog sitting ( a dawdle); lunch with a school friend of my wife’s from Dublin days (a delight); paperwork (a drudge?) and grass cut (a dry day) and the evening rounded off with starting The Residence on Netflix (deliciously daft - and entertaining).
