Box Of Sweets

There were a select few colleagues working in the office today. We had to contend with a very noisy team from another Department, who were working(?) at the other side of the office from us. They were very noisy!

Meetings took up far too much of my time today. I managed a quick escape at lunchtime, before returning for a busy afternoon, with a late catch up with my boss. By the time that was done, I had run out of steam. However, this afternoon I noticed there was a meeting in my calendar for tomorrow, my non working day, which I thought had been cancelled. It clearly hadn’t been, which meant I had a bit of work to do ahead of the meeting, which meant I left late.

It was raining when I left, which was a surprise to me, as I cannot currently see out if the window I sit beside due to scaffolding. Later there was tea and a wee wander, then bed.

This is an emergency blip of the box of sweets brought into the office by a Polish colleague. They are from her home town, and are kind of like fudge. They are called Krowki, which means little cow. They went down very well!
