The warmth arrives!

Yesterday I wrote; "Clocks changed, tyres changed, now we just need a little more warm sun to complete the changes." Today we drove down to Sundsvall and that warm sun appeared. We were walking around without needing coats and a fair number of people were sitting outside enjoying the sun.
Okay, temperature-wise it wasn't tropical, 13/14°C, but seen in  relation to our winter weather it did feel lovely!
We were in Sundsvall town until mid-afternoon and on the way home stopped off at that well-known Swedish flat-pack furniture store.
The yellow building, blue sky, and reflections made this my most interesting picture of the day, which may be a reflection of how boring the other pictures were!
We bought a new garden bench. Our old benches were removed from a rubbish skip 30 years ago, and their age is beginning to show a little.
Once home again we had a quick cup of tea sitting out in the last of that afternoon sun and once the sun went down retreated indoors and built the new bench. Tomorrow we are due more sunny weather and I guess we'll try out the new bench. Who knows, we may return and buy another one!
