New blind

... which Tim fitted yesterday. It's nice to finally have one in the bathroom again - and I like the golden glow that it casts. The tree shadows are mostly gone now though, after Tim did some heavy pruning of the bay tree outside today. It did need to be taken in hand though, particularly because the fence alongside it is being replaced later this week.

I had a busy work day, but got to enjoy the sun briefly at lunchtime when I sat in the front garden to eat, accompanied by Tim. We also met with Alex in the afternoon, who is going to be doing the fence, and possibly removing another overgrown tree for us.
