Lunch Time - Day 1

The plumber arrived this morning (a bit later than hoped) and set to with gusto.
No stopping for tea or coffee (he doesn't drink them) he worked through until lunchtime ... when he took a break to go and get a couple of bits and pieces (required after finding out that one of the walls was brick and not internal partition as expected) and a sandwich.
Slight design changes have been made which will make things easier for both him and us ... and anyone having to deal with a shower pump should it ever go faulty.

We left him to it after lunch to go and pick up a regular food donation for the towns biggest supermarket.
We got there and were told they didn't have anything!!!
What they mean is somebody hadn't done there job checking for expiry dates of foodstuffs on the shelves!
