A Different Day

Today I had to go to Calderdale Royal Infirmary for an Echocardiogram which was carried out in a most friendly and efficient way by the lovely Alison. 
On the way back to Maison MD the hospital transport developed an intermittent fault that made the vehicle loose power at random intervals.  It was decided that a journey to the Centre of the Universe was too hazardous and we should return to the Ambulance Depot.  A brief inspection advised not to use this vehicle and we should use another.
I was therefore treated to a 'tour' of the depot whilst the changeover was carried out.  Certainly a different kind of a day :-)
