About to turn

"Civilization"

...was the name of this morning's coffee stop, just before we left Tremont and Cleveland. It was another good stay, and we'll hopefully go back, maybe in the later spring when the leaves are out.

We drove a different route home to avoid the tolls on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, taking eight hours in all, including a stop for PBJ sandwiches in a small town park southeast of Pittsburgh and another Starbucks break in Breezewood. We'd hoped to be back to Leesburg by 4pm for a trivia evening, but decided to take our time. Pretty countryside, although Spring hasn't really set in and it was raining for most of the day.

Now home. The kitties are pleased. We walked up the hill, never sure I'm really wanting to go all the way to the top, but as usual it didn't disappoint...beautiful mild breeze, lots of blossom, expansive view. And some happy goats along the way who like to say hello. Extra: a neighbor's three yoshino cherry trees, forming a gorgeous canopy.
