'High Five Mum!'

I was Run Director at Parkrun today.  Amongst all the runners we welcomed a local women's running group who were graduating from the Couch 2 5k course by running their first park run.  They had brought along their families in vocal support, some with banners!  This Mum was being high fived by her daughter as she embarked on her final loop of four.

Back home I uploaded my photos and then headed out to Hobbler Rickie's get together for her birthday.  It was good to see several Hobbler pals there and there was catching up and cake (and a glass of wine for me).
