A fond farewell

Tonight is our last night in Oceanside until next year. We had a lazy morning reading in the sun, then an afternoon outing to a regional park that was full of birds (and sadly ticks), and my last beach combing that produced some good sized pieces of sea glass. After supper we packed, and then I went to watch the sun set. It was a lovely goodbye.
