The Boys Are Back In Town

On our last “lads night out” in December, we optimistically scheduled our next meet up for tonight. I say optimistically, because there has been a long history of everybody being otherwise engaged by the time a previously agreed date rolls around!
Anazingly, only one of our number was absent. He is on holiday in Thailand so we are hoping not affected by today’s earthquake. Unfortunately, after two weeks of play performances, I was feeling somewhat jaded and found the evening quite tiring, so was back home by 10.30!
I think we’ve provisionally agreed to have the next night out at the end of June. In theory, I should be free but who knows what may come along in the meantime…
