Sad day

Early walk with Hetty was a stroll and sniff walk so hubby and I did 5k exercise walk without her doing our run route but fast walk. We headed off out for lunch to a pub near Hadrians wall, one we often visit as good menu and dog friendly.
Stopped at Hayden Bridge on the way back as hubby wanted to call in at the clock repair place, and we had a walk by the river.
It was raining on and off but still nice, and the ducks seem happy.
My aunt died during the night, it was expected but still very sad.
I have been thinking about her all day and had a long phone conversation with my brother who had been to visit her on Monday.
