Ruff around the edges...

A visit to the hides at the Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve at Cley Marshes on a bright, but rather breezy day. An in between sort of time for birdlife, with winter visitors thinning out and spring/summer visitors starting to arrive.

The main shot is of a redshank in front of a ruff, both busily feeding in the shallows. The extra is little egret doing a spot of fishing.
