Pretty as a Peacock

The garden has been inundated with flutterbys today! I took so many shots it was a real dilemma as to which photo to blip!

I finally decided on this shot of a Peacock as it shows the beautiful wing patterns ........ so here is today's offering ....... do hope you like it :-)

Thanks so much for the lovely comments on yesterday's caterpillars - day 1 They are doing well ....... they are now about 4mm in length so they have grown very quickly ....... for those of you who are interested here is a photo of Caterpillars - Day 2.

I have also found another clutch of Large White eggs & watched a Small White flitting from leaf to leaf laying a single egg each time! So there should be more caterpillars eating all my rocket & salad leaves soon! Well we have to do our bit for conservation don't we! :-)
