Tree-Time 2025 part 3

This morning I got Brian to take me down to visit my Mum at her care home.  We took a detour via Tesco as they had some ideal stretchy T shirt style nighties in. Comfy and cool for summer sleeping (the home is always like a sauna!), and easy for the staff when getting her ready for bed!

We ended up having to come back home as Brian had received a notification to say that a parcel had been delivered, and the large parcel left in the passage in full view of the street! Also I needed to put name labels in the nighties!

The nursing staff have told the carers that they now have to try to assist my mum with feeding as she's no longer as adept at finger feeding as she has been. The problem is, she is still as uncooperative as she always was and won't allow the staff or me to assist her! So now they're trying to give her blended up food and protein shakes instead. Hopefully this will work.

When Brian picked me up went to Hartsholme Park so I could get my tree photo for this month. It's showing a few signs of life...

While we were there it was a treat to see three roe deer. We couldn't get close enough to take photos (Brian may have managed to get a shot...) but it was a delight just to see them.
