Wednesday: Coming Together

A few weeks ago I posted a picture of this room, still in a relatively empty state.  Well, having procured a chair and table it’s rapidly becoming my favourite room.  

I undertook a very satisfying job today, namely pulling out old telephone wires from inside the house. I had such fun that I will gladly come and do yours, if you need me to.

Our attempts to sell K’s mum’s furniture online continues.  Having cancelled on us on Monday, the buyer wanted to come today.  She asked for the address 10 minutes before she was supposed to be here and then texted to express surprise that we didn’t live in High Wycombe.  We’re nowhere near High Wycombe so she said she couldn’t come.  Anyway, as it all went awry after I asked for cash rather than a bank transfer I suspect her intentions were less than pure.
