A girls trip out

Back blip

R came to collect me after lunch and we set out for Stafford station and the train to London. This is a special birthday outing, but the event we are going to is not until tomorrow and we need to be here in good time. I rarely go to London these days, whereas it was a regular visiting place when we lived in Essex and Lincolnshire. First time to Euston station, then a couple of stops on the underground to Angel then a ten minute walk to the hotel. An area that I’ve not visited before. 

It was a quirky hotel, the blip shows the area around it. I’ve included some extras to illustrate this. We had dinner at the hotel, a superb curry!!!
