Colourful tank traps and Bamburgh castle

We drove up to Alnwick this morning for a week away in Northumberland. It rained all the way! We had a wander around the town and had lunch in a little cafe. We didn't go into Barter Books - I'm trying to rid our house of some books, so I didn't want to be tempted to buy more! We then had a cold and wet stroll on the beach at Bamburgh before heading to our little cottage.
