Almost Finished

I had a full day working on the decking today, progressing well leaving only a small corner to complete (hopefully tomorrow morning).

Tonight I ache from just about every joint in my body, in fact the only pain that seems to be missing is the Achilles tendon that has given me so much grief over recent months. It does seem to be a bit of a drastic way to alleviate that pain!

It was almost dark when I finished up for the day, but at least it is now a wide expanse of decking to look at. Unfortunately the mitre saw gave up the ghost half way through the day, but the replacement I bought is much better in cutting the wider boards; previously I had to turn them over to cut from both sides when at an angle.
