Wanton Damage

A walk around the park at lunchtime.  The path on the left wends its way around the edge of the park, conveniently measuring a mile.  The damage on the right has been caused since my last walk on Tuesday.  Normally, it is only Council vehicles that can access the park itself so I just wonder why someone needed to drive around to cause such ruts.  It isn't the first time its happened.
