Fritillaria Meleagris

Delighted to see the Snakes Heads again this year, the Michailovskyi are on their way too.  Glad the Squirrels/Blackbirds or other bulb marauders didn't get these.

Yesterday morning my trusty 30yr old or more, hair straighteners died. Annoying, but they had served me well and then I slipped with the scissors whilst cutting the ends off flowers and  cut a
slice off the top of my thumb, ouch, lots of blood and very painful.  Today I've annointed it with lavender oil and it'll heal in  no time.

Managed a little gardening today, cutting edges and general tidying and a letter came putting the wheels in motion to see a Cardiologist???? 

Partying tonight, don't think we'll be out too long though.
