out on the lake to stretch out the chronic shoulder injury. Getting old sucks but I'm still trying. 

Tomorrow is more dry needling and other assorted tortures into the proximal biceps tendon and deltoid insertions. My therapist says it is only masochism if I enjoy it (I do not).... My therapist is very understanding when I curse like a wounded sailor undergoing limb amputation....

The PT is helping with function though the chronic aching persists, especially at night.
