In the rain

The forecast rain came through today, but it wasn’t too bad.
We were able to go out and explore Nelson and also watched a bit of cricket on TV - NZ playing Pakistan. Our son was there watching in Dunedin.
The picture is the house we are staying in - ground floor. I love these wooden houses. The owner says it was built in the 1970’s and is ‘old’. Told her our house was more 1790’s.
The toilet drama has been treated with a dehumidifier today so hopefully the carpet will dry out in a couple of days.
