Tick tock

Today I was thinking about the house & it's contents & how there are lots of things here that are old & tired that require refurbishing, renovating or repairing.
I like the idea of a house with the comforting homely sound of a ticking clock. The Grandfather clock & the Westminster clock that both sit in my living room- both of which belonged to my Grandma- are presently mute & in desperate need of some TLC to bring them back to life & fine voice.
I took the photos of them today with the intention of emailing a repairs place for an estimate. I haven't yet done this but my intentions are good & at least then I know how much money to save!
