Pittenweem In Fife

A beautiful little fishing village on the East Neuk of Fife- and every year they have a week long arts festival.
We had a wonderful day wandering in and out of over 80 galleries where artists display their work. Most of the galleries are actually their homes which have been temporarily converted into little studios- and it's a joy to see not only the work but these quaint little houses as well. Everyone makes a huge effort and the gardens look beautiful too.
Dog friendly, sun shining, fresh fish & chips on the harbour wall - who could ask for more!
The festival is on till Sunday. If you get the chance- GO!
