Fireman jedi

The new nursery had a fire truck and fire people there yesterday to show the children what they do and give a safety talk. The police visit was last week. This was before a incident in the school which people might have seen on the news. But anyway the jedi had to be a fireman today.

Parents evening for all 3 big ones. And we are so super super proud of them. Xander is getting on quite well. He completes all his homework at school rather than at home. And that works better for him and our stress levels.

Lincoln is becoming more confident with his reading and writing ability,  I can see that the support he is receiving a few days and week is so beneficial.  I can see his confidence when he's now reading his homework at home.

And well... miss Harp.   She is so determined to be the best at everything.  Is doing some maths at xanders age level, she doesn't take her genius from me. She does need to be more confident with her writing and give more detail. But overall is excelling.  Her teacher said the last time she has never had a primary 2 like her.

I do love their wee school and staff that will always move children up levels if they are ready and challenge them.

And well me....  it's been a challenging day again and I have literally just fed the wildlings.

Came away with a war wound or two but nothing major. A member of the public said she was impressed and that it takes special people to do our job. She saw a glimpse of our daily life. Good job we love it.

I've just thrown my running clothes on and will go for a run when the wildlings are in bed. Dinner can wait. My mind needs cleared and I need to break in these sneakers.

Catch you when I can and apologies I'm so absent . 4am was my blip Catch up this morning
