Bar Billiards

Swimming pool first, after some digging into old filing. Pleasantly quiet. 

Came back to find the water off in the building; investigating produced engineers doing preventative maintenance, and that the factors hadn't passed on their notice about them turning the water off; also needed a flurry of email to let the other people affected know what was going on. 

Out to walk once service was restored, through St Mark's Park to the Water of Leith path section we rarely use; out at Bonnington through the new Platform development (build to let flats). Through Pilrig park and back by Lyon & Turnbull, the auctioneers. They have a sale on tomorrow, including this bar billiards table .. lots of ceramics including quite a lot of Japanese things, and a lot of Arts & Crafts wooden furniture. 

Cold East wind, dry after overnight rain.
