Plum - Opal

Today’s picture continues the fruit salad theme and this is one of the plums on our smallest and youngest fruit tree. It is only two years old and there are a large number of plums on it this year. This tree is still small and so still has its wire cage around it to protect it from the deer; this picture had to be taken through the wire.


A similar day pain wise and still only able to lay flat or stand up straight. An appointment arrived this morning for some more tests, related to muscles and nerves, this is on Saturday 17 August, but the MRI is still scheduled for Wednesday 21 August and currently has not been brought forward, as requested by the doctor in attendance at Addenbrookes over the weekend.

Until the Grumpy Old Git is feeling better I am updating his journal with pictures and words by me to inform anyone who is interested in his progress.
