A Bit Disappointing...

What a nightmare trying to get a 'hard copy' of a loan application for the kitchen!
It wouldn't transfer from SWMBO's tablet, so I had to photograph all 16 pages!!! put them on my laptop and then print them. An hour and a half it took in all.

However, I managed to get a short time at the lathe this morning and made a wee box.

There was a slot booked at the dump at lunchtime and I had some room in the car so picked up some of the SIL's stuff before heading up there.
Once again skips were missing so stuff was being mixed in together .... more landfill rather than recycling.
We then called back at the SIL's and picked up some stuff that is fine ... just too small for the monsters these days -- scooter, helmets, tiny skateboard and the such. Some of that will be donated to the local nursery and some will go to charity (no point in stuff being ditched just because they have been outgrown).

There was a quick..ish (it always takes longer with SWMBO) and she picked up a couple of Belgian pastries to have with afternoon tea.
They were a bit disappointing - and not just because of the wafer thin pastry.
