It's been a very busy and non-photogenic day, so you're stuck with a picture of me cooking. This is a bit of celery, onion, chilli, and garlic sweating down. After this I add a bag of cheap cherry tomatoes and a bit of tomato puree. Then let it cook for ages, at least an hour, on a low heat with a lid on the pan (so that it doesn't dry out). I'll be having this with aubergine later.
