Whatman Park

I went to Whatman Park for a walk in the sunshine. I've not been before; it's only been open since the Millenium. It's a lovely piece of land that sits on the river, the way in is over one of the footbridges and that's where I took this shot. I spent ages watching a pair of swans building a nest, there were glimpses of an egg too - check out the extras.  And there was even a glimpse of a football game at the Gallaher, home of the mighty MUFC
