…………… unusually low, calm and reflective.
Missy and I walked around the two-bridge loop this afternoon, on a very humid afternoon. It was beautiful but the humidity was awful - trying to rain and 26°C.
Ah well. It was worth it.
I made the easy zucchini fritters again this evening, and added garlic and grated fresh ginger. I use gluten-free flour together with eggs and don’t need to squeeze the grated zucchini. Yum!
