Old Haunts

After a comfortable night at an Air B&B I spent the morning revisiting some of the places I used to frequent when I lived here.   The city centre was still quite quiet soon after 10am, here a view above Norwich market looking towards St Peter Mancroft.  Behind me the Guildhall and Dove Street, an alley where I started work back in 1982.   It felt ok being back there again.  I also visited a couple of garden centres, one a 'proper one' not a gift emporium and cafe!   I found a few things that I needed and picked up a plant, a white pulsatilla which will find a new home in Wales :-)   

The afternoon talk went well and it was great to see several old friends.   I was exhorted to visit for longer and call on several folk, something I must plan to do before too long.  My pottery was very popular .... I have license to make some more :-)
