Snipe

I was cycling past the Peedie Sea in Kirkwall when I noticed this snipe. 
Earlier I was in Birsay at The Loons hide. A nice male hen harrier, buzzard, sparrowhawk, etc. I photographed a flock of golden plover and enlarged it on the computer at home, using coloured dots on photoshop to help count. It came to 408. That is for one flock but lots of smaller flocks would wheel around, maybe part of the 408 or not, but at least I have a minimum. It all goes on the Birdtack national database.
