Wound up in Wexford

In the morning, W went to the gardening club, whilst I created another block for my current project.  He brought back a pot of self-seeded allium seedlings - we'll have to plant them up to discover exactly what they are.

In the afternoon we cooked pikelets.

And then in the evening we went to a concert in Waterford.  In the lovely setting of the Medieval Museum once again.  Yukine Kuroki presented a selection of piano music, starting with Clair de Lune, and travelling via some Liszt etudes, a piano arrangement of bits of the Firebird Suite by Stravinsky and a Rachmaninov Piano Sonata, to end with a lovely piece of quite jazzy music by Nikolai Kapustin that she obviously greatly enjoyed playing.

We arrived quite early, whilst she was still practicing - we were able to look down from the shop and take a sneaky photo or two.
