Very establishment

A big black tie dinner for the RSE in the National Museum. In the distance, les grandes fromages. The compere was Jim Naughtie, whom we both saw live at Tain Golf Club in 2022. The music was provided courtesy of Donald Shaw of Capercaillie fame and was excellent. The setting is, of course, magnificent. And there were a few more people there whom I knew than I expected. Including a blipper, of course, but I knew she was going to be there!

Unfortunately, however, I missed a separate and high level blip get together in my 'hood. That was a shame, but at least Mr A made it. You cannot, sadly, be in two places at once.
