The wanderer returns

I’d been wondering how m’boy had got on with his first residential and was delighted when a polite request had come through for a FaceTime (the really good side of technology for those who are apart).

The school had kept us parents updated on the journey back and bless them, it had been an absolute nightmare journey taking around six hours - it should have been half of that!

M’boy was full of it though and had clearly had a great time “apart from the raft building - it was freezing!”

He wasn’t due to be with me until Friday evening, but didn’t want to leave it that long so asked to come round a day early.

Another request that I was more than happy to approve!
