Apples and Oranges

By Anitsirk

My first chore was to upload a new post on our Instagram account. After moving an orchid from Greenhouse 2, to avoid the yellow growth lights, to a window in the shop, I started composing a post. I needed some help and asked on of the supervisors that s in the Instagram group too. I got feedback and then we saw droplets on the large table, that looked really cool. I tried to take a photo, but the growth lights once again made it difficult. My coworker/supervisor said that he'd turn the growth lights off, and he did and I could take some photos. It's very good when you have people around you that understand the importance of a good photo. :)
After the break I continued needle felting and then out to shovel soil from the large pile, to empty in the tomato beds. It started snowing, and there was a rather cold breeze, and then the sun was shining faintly through the clouds. We worked for an hour, with a short break to stretch our legs (and change body movement) around the park. My coworker/friend hadn't been around the park yet, so I gave her a quick tour. Then back to work, and I begun feeling cold. It was very nice to go inside a bit later, to warm up in Greenhouse 2.
Some more needle felting, a lot of laughter and giggles, and then my work day had ended.
