Calm waters
Today was another changeable day, typical of spring weather - sunshine, rain, hail and then sunshine again. Luckily the hail is not those golf ball sized hail stones you get in Johannesburg so the cars don't get damaged.
A day or errands - dropping of the prints for the exhibition, grocery shopping, things to get from the pharmacy and a parcel to return from the post office. Unfortunately our local post office is out of action for the next three weeks as our high street is about to undergo a massive improvement and renovation, so the post office is busy moving across the road into new premises. I had to go to the post office in Cobham where there are always queues and the staff are so rude and unfriendly, not like our local guys who are so chatty and helpful.
Black Pond was very calm again this morning when I took this photo, other than the hissing swans who cannot resist having a go at the dogs who walk past.
Last night Gavin and I watched Towards Zero, a sumptuous Agatha Christie drama on BBC - we will watch the final episode tonight.
Tommy arrives home from Munich tomorrow, it will be good to see him again.
