Despite a challenging day I've had some good times. A visit from my friend Ange restored my equilibrium, thank goodness. I managed to card another pile of alpaca, finished the 6th pair of socks for my son, and spun more of this gorgeous fibre created by the very talented Katie of Hilltop Cloud. Time now to braid a little bit more of my woven scarf fringe. I see Ashford have a fringe twister. Very tempting as with mostly numb fingers, plaiting fine yarn can Ben very difficult.
