Helsby Hill

We all went to church this morning, and it was a great service. It was an all age service, and it was a visiting minister from another church, a relatively young female minister, who was very lively and enthusiastic, doing her best to involve the children and getting them moving about. It was all accompanied by some great music. In the afternoon, we left Bernard resting/dozing at home, and the rest of us went walking at Helsby Hill, overlooking the Mersey Estuary. It was a while since we’d been there. When we’re going out on our own, we usually go to the closer Frodsham Hill, along the same Sandstone trail.
