Plate half full

Pudding was yummy. And there's more of everything involved, hence the plate half full..... Ok, that doesn't make a lot of sense.

Of course you can't see pudding, since I've gobbled it up with my usual unseemly pace, here's a run-through: meringues layered with a light chocolate mousse, accompanied by lavender ice cream.

That dish also tells you all you need to know about my day: making the ice cream and the mousse. Also some fairy cakes.

Otherwise a lazy time getting over last night's excitement (violent storms and a flood on the landing - a new leak what joy...)
