Motivational Mondays

You can thank the excellent Argentinian barista in the cafe in Old College for today's motivational quote. He said it was intended to reassure students who were stepping out of their comfort zones, with the assessment period coming up. You can see him in motion at the back of the photograph. He proves the point that even with not especially high quality coffee (i.e. what is supplied for him to use) you can make excellent coffee if you know what you are doing. You don't need hipster single origin beans.....

Anyway, sustained by this motivational quote, I made it through Monday, largely keeping the ship at sea and trying to rebuild it as I went. Obviously, safer than the two ships that collided in the North Sea earlier today.
