CUPP Bubble Tea

Honestly, I have no idea what bubble or boba tea is, but it seems to be big business. And Taiwanese. And exceedingly calorific, so from my perspective utterly pointless.

But it's entirely passed me by, but it has landed in the smaller of the units that used to be La Favorita - this was the take away bit. The larger unit next door seems to have been let, but no signs as to what it is reopening as.

Another quiet day, with a rugby match, a couple of iplayer documentaries, another trip into town to try and sort out my phone (this time successfully as a sim swap was effected), and a peloton workout. All fine. I made dinner. My favourite chicken homestyle curry, but Mr A thought it was a bit too spicy.

Later on I was involved in the organisation of a blip meet I cannot myself go to. Disappointing. But fun for those involved.

Grey and cold today - no sunshine in our part of Edinburgh at least. The haar did not shift and we had to put the heating on for a while in the afternoon.
