What I've Done

Grange Fell

Deb's Birthday, and a lovely, Sunny, warm day. Parked at Surprise view and we walked up to Watendlath, then up the Rosthwaite path onto Grange Fell. Just coming off Jopplety How (great name)! we came across this amazing section of dry stone wall which at first glance appeared to be standing on it's own. It did actually continue to both the right and the left, but below the knoll this section is on. Lighting was challenging, so it's an HDR panorama. (Each shot of the stitched panorama is a 5-stop bracketed HDR).

Pleased with the result, of course it looks FAR better large on black.

In the evening we had a fabulous dinner at a Michelin rated inn in Skelton.
